People should do more art
Art is important to all kinds of people and people should do more art in their free time or even as a hobby. First off people should acknowledge art instead of ridiculing it. It is proven that art increases attention, strengthens focus, requires practice, hand-eye coordination, and interacting with the world using mediums and tools.
Art could help people handle stress and anxiety. 8.3% of people have to take medication to relieve themselves of anxiety. Making art actually reduces the amount of stress a person, or a group of people have. Mindless sketching also can help us to focus and to overcome sadness.
Some people say art is the cause of stress. A patient in the Ottawa Hospital found in Canada said that his blood pressure soared through the roof within hours of them putting the paintings in the hallway. This evidence PROVES art is bad for you and should be banned. It could potentially harm all the patients in our hospitals or worse.
Art is important to others and people should do more in their free time or as a hobby. So to recap art helps reduce stress levels and helps hand-eye coordination along with many other skills to be advanced. So you need to do what you like to do and share it with others.
