Is skateboarding good for your health?

Why Skateboarding Should Be Known As a Workout

Tired of old, expensive, lousy, workout equipment?

Now we have skateboards!

Skateboards burn 150-500 calories in the hour and have numerous health benefits.

It’s enjoyable as well! Skateboarding should be more widely known as a way to work out.

To clarify, skateboarding has amazing health benefits.

Some of these are calorie burning, improving coordination, teaches precision, physical endurance,

offers a full-body workout, provides flexibility and teaches consequences, practice, and patience.

With all of these health benefits, it should be known more widely as a workout.

In addition to the health benefits skateboarding has, it’s really enjoyable! Skateboarding lowers stress. It can clear your mind and it allows you to bring things to perspective. It can lower anxiety too. If something else was fun and stress relieving, I know I would want to do that as

well. It is often argued that skateboarding can be dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing.

If you’re not paying attention, you could get head injuries, fractures or some other medical problems.

On the other hand, If you know what you’re doing, that shouldn’t be a problem.

Learning to fall correctly can help much more. If you are a beginner, you should try balancing on grass first.

In conclusion, skateboarding should be known as a way to work out and get healthier.

Skateboarding has good health benefits, it is enjoyable, and once you learn to fall,

you can avoid getting hurt.

Skateboarding is really fun, and to not even try it (or look into it) would be a shame.

I really recommend doing it. Good luck!
