My Day at Virginia

The Collegiate School Aquatics Center

Virginia is a beautiful place in the summer its nice and warm. It might feel crowded in the stands but the whiff of chlorine wakes you up. It's the right amount of degrees in the pool. I just wanted to stay there forever since there was no school at the time and it was summer. My family and I went to the 2008 Olympic Trials pool named the Collegiate School Aquatics Center in Richmond, Virginia. I got to meet new people who were very fast at swimming, and I am still friends with them since that day. The cuts were hard but when you try and you want something so bad then you will achieve. My favorite thing there was seeing Micheal Phelps's (my idol) signature and many other famous swimmers on this big board. Also, they have great food there like pizza and the Virginia oysters are amazing. I was drooling so hard since I am a big fan of food. If you are a big swimmer like me I would go to this sensational place to see new things and creative ideas. I will never forget that wonderful weekend.
