My Grandpop
My grandpop was a very special person to me.
Wherever me, my sister, and my cousins were at any time he would come pick us up and take us to go do something to make us happy. We could pick anything we wanted, and he would take us there. He would always take me fishing and I bet if he was still here he would take me hunting as well. He passed away about 4 or 5 years ago from acute lymphocytic leukemia. It had a massive toll on me because each and every day I think about how much I really miss him. He was a mechanic for the marines. Every Veterans Day I look at a picture of him and thank him for his service. I bought an anchor pendant to wear because he loved fishing.
