I went to Iceland last December on Christmas eve. When we got there it was freezing. Just imagine December is cold here, just think how cold it is there in December in a country THAT HAS ICE IN ITS NAME! Well, it was very cold, but if you could imagine there used to be a lot of live volcanoes there in Iceland! The last one known to erupt there was in 2012. When we were there we went to these pools OUTSIDE in the cold on Christmas. Iceland's time is 4 hours ahead of ours so it was Christmas when we got there. So those pools were made and powered from the volcanoes. Pretty CRAZY right. These pools were called the blue lagoon
