Juggling a soccer ball in the air!

Juggling a soccer ball in the air!

This is actually a crazy challenge to conquer. This requires a lot of sense of skill, balance, control, and touch on the ball. If you are new at soccer and want a challenge, then congratulations to you, because this is perfect for people like you who are just beginning soccer and need to work on some topic and can't think of anything to practice. (I know that sometimes I can't think of really anything to practice when it comes to soccer sometimes.) By practicing it will help get your feet stronger. Here are the steps of exceeding on juggling, but first watch this video to help you understand juggling!

Here is a video on just how juggling works and what to do with it. This video will show you everything you need to know about juggling.

Now I am going to go through the steps of how to successfully juggle.

 Let's do this :)

Step 1: For beginners, do some controlling drills and really get the rhythm of the soccer ball.
For about a week, pick up the soccer ball and then drop it on your right foot and try to make your right foot kick it back up in the air. If you master this for your right foot, then switch and do the same thing for your left foot. Keep doing this until you master it.

Step 2: For about another week combine both feet together. Drop the ball to whichever foot you want to drop it to. Then you pick it up and then you drop it to your other foot. Keep doing this until you master it.

Step 3: For about another week combine both feet together by doing a transition. Drop the ball to whichever foot you want to drop it to. Then you kick it up to the foot that you dropped it too. Finally, you kick it up with your other foot as it is being kicked up into the air and then it will drop. Keep doing this until you master it.

Step 4: For about another week, add the chest and by doing a transition. First, you drop the ball to either foot and then you kick the ball over your chest and get it with your chest. Then get the ball in the air and as the ball is coming down, you get it with your other foot. Keep doing this until you master it.

*Now you are ready to do two touches on each foot.

I am going to stop here because I want you guys to progress on this and to be creative with this. Maybe you can add your head to do a transition. Be creative and keep practicing, because at first you might be annoyed because you only get one or two touches in the air. Gradually over time if you keep practicing, you will be guaranteed to get 5 or more touches in the air, I promise!

Ask me any questions on this topic if you have any because I will be more than glad to answer any questions.

If you are looking for something else to do I totally recommend you to check out this link. This can be for all levels of soccer. Beginner, Amateur, Average, Pro, or Advanced. Check it out!
