My hobbies & My Pets

Introduction

Hello, my name is Sammy. Let's get started right away with the introduction. Now, first things first, I have a little sister, and 2 pets, which you're going to know about a bit later. I have a big family, so listing everyone would take forever. My favorite colors are black and blue. I like to

My hobbies

I love to draw, like as in really love it. That is all I really do, mostly. I draw what I see in reality, and I draw what I see is in my mind's eye, which usually ends up being a bit weird. I love practicing whenever I can, and I personally do better if I'm listening to music ๐ŸŽง๐ŸŽถ. I am currently finishing an eagle, it is a lot harder than I thought.

One of my drawings of a northern dragon
(yes some states have their own dragons)

This wolf took me the most 25-30min to finish
I am very proud of this one.

My other hobby is reading, I love it. If I'm not drawing I am most definitely reading. Reading is like my second safe haven, and I have really no favorites. I mostly love fiction books, or books when a regular person has to find another person that is missing. I read the same books 2-4 times, though I have no idea why. I do think you should read "The Song of the Sparrow" by Lisa Ann Sandell, this book takes place in a camp, an 'army' camp. This is (or generally would be) Arthur's army camp (from King Arthur).

Here is a picture of the book:

The back of the book says, "Beautiful sixteen-year-old Elaine has a temperament as fiery as her long red hair. The daughter of a soldier in young Arthur's army, Elaine is the sole girl in a militaristic world of men. Often slipping into daydreams, she wishes that the handsome Lancelot would see her as more than a tomboy. Then a new girl arrives and Elaine is thrilled- until Gwynivere proves to be cold and cruel. But when Elaine and Gwynivere are thrown into  a situation of gravest danger, the girls must band together to survive."

My Pets

My first pet is a ferret. I call him Alex, but for some reason, everyone else now calls him Dino. He bites a lot, but it's just because he's generally a baby, and ferrets bite to show that they are playing or want to play. My ferret looks like any common ferret, except with a deformed heart on his nose. This is a warning, looks can be very deceiving.

My next pet is a canary, a yellow one. He used to have a "brother" but he hit and beat his brother first bald, then to death. The one that died was the trustworthy one, the sweet one, and his gentle nature reminded me of someone in my family, though I shall not say who. In google, you could look up how both of these pets look like; fun fact: there are also red, blue-grey, and white canaries (^_^) the ferret stinks because they are born with anal scent sacs. They also have musk glands concentrated around their face and lightly spread throughout the rest of the body. The anal scent sacs do not contribute significantly to the smell of the ferret. The natural ferret odor comes from the other musk glands in the skin.

Goodbye now, hope you enjoyed this!  ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Ž
