There are some reeeeeeaaaaaallllyyy good upgrades like a boot it makes you go faster.
a blue bomb allows you to place one extra bomb.
a bomb that makes enemies slower
one that makes your explosions bigger
a hand that lets you throw bombs
a shield that I think gives you an extra life
a bomb you can throw over walls
and a medkit???
and that's all.
