I have some holiday traditions. My family does a tradition where the parents ask the kids what they want for the dinner menu. My brother and I get asked every year what we want for holiday dinners. Our answer is, "Mac 'n' cheese, ham, cranberry sauce (jellified), stuffing," etc. Basically, we have Thanksgiving all over again only with a twist. We have mac 'n' cheese instead of mashed potatoes, we have ham instead of turkey, and we obviously have different cookies each year. We usually eat at my house, and sometimes we go to Nana's house (grandmother). My family cooks the meals and/or bakes the treats and my grandparents bake the treats and/or cook the meals. We switch it up every year; we cook meals for one year and my grandparents bake the treats, vise Versa. For Christmas, my family eats and then we watch movies. Sometimes, we eat and then go over to our relatives' houses and spend time there. Obviously, my brother and I wake out parents up when we wake up; which is about 9:30 a.m or 10:00 a.m depending if we are both still sleeping. Sometimes, my brother and I wake our parents up at 7:00 a.m. It all depends.
