Why PS4 Is Better Than Xbox One

                                                    PS4 vs Xbox One

The so-called "Console war", is soon coming to an end after Microsoft and Sony made a business deal. Before the possibility that they both make one console together, I need to get it out there that PS4 is 137% better than Xbox One.
All info gathered was pulled by this following website

                                                    About The Price...
Are you a mom trying to save money this Christmas, or even for your kids birthday? Then take my word for it, the Xbox One, or any of them really, is not the choice for you. The newest PlayStation console IS the PS4, which was released back in 2013. Xbox releases a new console every year. So you may be thinking, "well Levi, I want the newest and fanciest stuff. If the newest PlayStation came out 7 years ago, and Microsoft comes out with a new console every year, I want an Xbox!" Well, Karen, The PS4 is cheaper than both the Xbox One, and the newest Xbox, The Xbox One X. By FAR. The PS4 Runs at about $300-400. The Xbox One goes for $350-400. The Xbox One X however, going for $400-500. That's a lot of Mulah, and Even though Microsoft makes consoles more frequently, they go up about $100-150 every time. The next PlayStation, the PS5, will run for $500-600, and be released in Late 2020, or early 2021. The next Xbox, also being released in Late 2020 or early 2021, Named Xbox Scarlet, will go for $500-700. So if you want a good, reliable console that will last until the next one is released and beyond, get a PS4.

                                               What's on the INSIDE?
Here we go. What the actual mechanics are. This is the real battle. Usually. Let's start with the obvious. You cannot upgrade the Xbox One's internal hard drive. You just can't. But you CAN on the PS4. This means you can install additional storage and memory to the PS4. For example, The PS4 and Xbox One both come with 500 gigabytes of pre-installed storage. Anyone that plays Call of Duty a lot will know each game takes up about 40-60 gigabytes. Once you run out of storage, with a PS4, you can just run on over to Best Buy and get a 1-8 TB hard drive. (1 TB = 1,000 Gigabytes) While with an Xbox One, you're forced to delete games to free up storage, and that's a problem because usually you only buy games that you want or like, so you're left to delete a game that you really like. Both consoles though, support EXTERNAL hard drive upgrades, which does not matter much at all.

                             The Controllers
The liking of specific controllers is all personal preference, but again, PS4 controllers are better. PS4 was first to create Duracell controllers, along with LED controllers, AND Dualshock controllers. For a custom PS4 Remote, it costs about $80, but for a custom Xbox One controller, It can cost over $100. The PS4 controllers are more comfortable to hold, easier to grip, and play with for an extensive amount of time. The PS4 remotes now have a divot in the joysticks, which makes precise movements way easier now. Also, the PS4 remotes have a touch sensor touchpad that allows unique interactions with video games. The biggest factor though might be that the PS4 has rechargeable unreplaceable batteries in the remote preinstalled and uses a charging cable to charge the remote while the Xbox One remotes rely on AA batteries.

                             The Exclusives
It's clear that the two best exclusives ever, which is not an opinion, is HALO, from Xbox, and SPIDERMAN, from PS4. They both have the most sales AND reviews for an exclusive game.
The PS4 has over 2000 games and 299 current exclusives, while the Xbox One has just under 2000 games, and less than half the amount of exclusives. Also, more than 100 of those PS4 exclusives are free. Only about 40 Of Xbox's are free.

I think I've proved my point
Congrats! If you're an Xbox user, you can now rest at night knowing PS4 is better! I have all my evidence, all the proof, everything I need. From the pricing to the inside of the console to the controllers to the exclusives, The console war may come to an end and rest finally knowing the real victors here is  Sony. If you're an Xbox fan, I think its time to go home, lay in bed, and cry yourself to sleep, knowing that you like a console worse than a Nintendo switch.

Why water should be free instead of milk in the cafeteria.

Why water should be free instead of milk in the cafeteria. I think water should be free instead of milk because it’s healthier, it’s all-natural there're no ingredients, and milk has sugar, calories, and fat.

The first reason why I think water should be free is that its healthier than milk. It’s healthier because milk has calories, sugar, and fat. Water has no sugar, calories, or fat it’s all-natural. Water is probably the best thing to drink, we all need it, you don't gain weight, and there's no downside to it. The second reason

I think water should be free instead of milk is because it’s all-natural there no ingredients. So when you drink it there's nothing you have to worry about like sugar, calories, and fat. Milk has 13g of sugar in it, and water has none. Milk also has 103 calories in it. It also has 2.4g of fat in it. Water has none of those things, that's why water is better than milk. Some people might argue that milk is healthier because it contains calcium. One can't deny it doesn’t contain calcium, however, water should be free because milk contains sugar, calories, and fat. In conclusion, I think water should be free instead of milk in the cafeteria. The reason I chose those reasons is that kid's health is important so when they get older they don't get diabetes or health problems.

Persuasive Blog- Why school hours should be shorter

Schooling hours for students in America are way too long, and not nearly as effective as other countries' schools. school start times range approximately from  7:30 am to 8:30 am, every day of the week. Whereas in Finland, schools start from 9:00 am to 9:45 am and end at 2:00 pm. despite this they mark exponentially higher academically. Plus, the students are happier and healthier. So, school hours, especially starting times, should be lessened.
First, it's a biological necessity for adolescents to get enough sleep. The way teens function is to stay up later and wake up later, it's expected to fall asleep after 11:00 pm, and still sleep 10 hours (teens are functional at 8-10 hours). While school expects students to do all of the homework, attend extracurricular activities, shower, have hobbies, and the student may have a religion to practice. And school still thinks you have time to go to sleep before 9 and wake up at 5? It's simply not how the body functions. melatonin in teens only turns on at 11:00 and turn off later in the morning (around 9-10 am). This is why America performs poorly academically, students perform the best afterschool.
Second, Finland's education system proves to be more effective and efficient with far fewer school hours. America continuously ranks middle to bottom compared to other nations. America's stubbornness has led to teens in America being sleep deprived and stressed. Finland, however, doesn't have standardized tests or waking up at 5 am! Finnish schools also have to go to school when you're older and starting later, and they still outrank us. So it's obvious America needs to remodel the school system. Finland's schools have their periods are long with longer breaks in between. Finnish students have the least homework in the world, and barely any classwork, these students also don't have grades. This proves my point, Finland, statistically is the happiest country, and one of the smartest.
Thirdly, Some parents would worry about not being able to drive their child to school because their work starts earlier. I understand the worry of some of these parents, but the buses are safe. There are also handicapped buses so every kid can ride the bus.
Therefore, school hours should be shorter as it is in the best interest of the students. It would help academically, mentally, and emotionally. If America followed this, I believe they would see a positive impact on the grades and happiness of the students.

Persuasive Blog: There Should be a Height Lock in the NBA

There Should be a Height Lock in NBA

Now, before I type anything, I'm thinking about how a 6'1 point guard feels trying to defend another player that's 4 inches taller than him, 4 inches might not seem like a lot, but the more inches means the more leverage against defenders, more leverage equals defending is harder, and if defending is harder than it's easier for the taller player to score and harder for the shorter player too. Not to mention that the taller you are, you probably weigh more and have a longer wingspan which you can use to your advantage. Being too tall can be an issue, but being too short can also be an issue. So you're probably going to have to be somewhere in the middle.

First, we have to look at the average size of each position in the NBA. The Point Guard's position (aka 1) size average is about 6'2 190 lbs, which is tall in the normal world but in the NBA it's close to nothing. The Shooting Guard's position (aka 2) size average is about 6'6 211 lbs. The Small Forward's position (aka 3) size average is about 6'8 224 lbs. The Power Forward's position (aka 4) size average is about 6'10 245 lbs. Finally, the Center's position (aka 5) size average is about 6'11 240 lbs. Now all of these are extremely tall for a normal man, the average male size in the United States is only 5'10 197 lbs, compared to the average NBA player that is 6'7 217 lbs, pretty big difference.

When it comes to the extra tall centers in NBA history you got the likes of Yao Ming, Manute Bol, Shawn Bradley, and Gheorghe Muresan, who are all 7'6 or 7'7, that's 6-7 inches taller than the average center today, the game of basketball itself has changed over the years, with new rules being applied and the game is more fast-paced than it ever was since back in the day.

I do have to appreciate the players that are a little oversized for their position though. Some of the greatest NBA players to touch the hardwood floor were oversized for their position, which I'll have to say, it's kinda smart because they know they have the advantage. For example, Earvin "Magic" Johnson (in my opinion is in the top 10 greatest players of all-time) played the point guard position for his entire career, and he stood at 6'9 and 220 lbs. Another example of being oversized for their position is the current starting point guard for the Philadelphia 76ers, Ben Simmons where he stands at 6'10 and is about 230 lbs, but he does switch it up a bit every, now, and then, where he sometimes plays the 4 at Power Forward.

In conclusion, I think that the oversized players have an advantage because if a small forward player is able to reach about as fast as a point guard, that's actually insane, and I think there should be a size lock, but at the end of the day, it's all determined by your raw athleticism and skill. Just think those tall players would also make great friends if you need to clean a ceiling fan, just have them do it
